PRIVACY NOTICE

This privacy notice governs the treatment of personal data of Customers, Suppliers, Employees and Candidates to Employees of INTEGRADORA SAN AGUSTIN SA DE CV, in the terms provided by the Mexican Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties (the “Law”) and its Regulations.

I. Information Collected and Mechanisms for its Collection.

12.l) For our employees and prospective employees, for legal compliance of having a file on

each of our employees.

13.m) To provide information to third parties.

INTEGRADORA SAN AGUSTIN SA DE CV may use your personal data to offer you, where appropriate, other products and/or services of the company. They may also send you promotions of other goods or services related to the company, being these last purposes not essential for the fulfillment of the Contract.

III. Data Transfers.

INTEGRADORA SAN AGUSTIN SA DE CV may transfer your personal data to Mexican or foreign third parties that provide services necessary for its operation and corporate management, as well as to its affiliates, subsidiaries, controlling companies, associated commission agents or companies that are part of the same corporate group and persons with whom INTEGRADORA

You or your duly accredited legal representative may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data; as well as exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition to the processing of data that the Law provides (the “ARCO Rights”) through the forms that INTEGRADORA SAN AGUSTIN SA DE CV will make available to you, once you request it to the Data Protection Department, either in person at the offices of INTEGRADORA SAN AGUSTIN SA DE CV or by requesting it via email to integradorasanagustin@yahoo.com.mx; It is important to mention that the exercise of any of the ARCO Rights is not a prerequisite nor does it prevent the exercise of any other right. We also inform you that you have the right to initiate a Data Protection Procedure before the Federal Institute of Access to Information and Data Protection (www.ifai.gob.mx) within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date you receive the response from INTEGRADORA SAN AGUSTIN SA DE CV or from the end of the period of 20 (twenty) business days from the date of receipt of your request to exercise the ARCO Rights.

VI. Revocation of Consent.

You may revoke your consent, as well as object to the processing of your personal data for purposes that are not essential to the legal relationship that gave rise to the contract.
